Pannon-Quality Menedzsment Tanácsadó Kft. was founded in 1997 to provide professional support to organisations in developing sustainable corporate excellence, through general business consulting, grant/tender consulting and adult education, across all industries.

Initially, we were engaged to help establish and prepare organisations for certification of quality management systems under the ISO 9001 international standard, followed by the ISO 14001 environmental management system, the ISO 50001 energy management system and the ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system, and later the ISO 37001 and ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX and NIS2 information security and cybersecurity systems. Specific organisational development needs also emerged in the areas of efficiency improvement through Six Sigma methods, waste reduction through LEAN methods, and excellence development through BPM and the EFQM model.

In these areas, adult education and grant/tender consulting could, where needed, further enhance the effectiveness of our expert consulting services.

We carry out our work with decades of experience and proven methodologies.

We continuously maintain the QMS, EMS, EnMS, ISMS, OHSMS and ABMS management systems we have built for our clients, provide ongoing support for them, and deliver refresher and further training for staff.

Several of our partners retain us on a quarterly basis to maintain their legal compliance evaluation records, which is essential both for staying properly prepared and for preparing for the annual audit of their certified management systems.

Our highly qualified consultants, who hold engineering and economics degrees, are also able to provide effective support in the areas of NIS2 and ESG. Our own innovation, an online self-assessment software for corporate excellence based on the EFQM model (https://excellencert.hu/), is unique on the market.

Our staff handle all data relating to our clients in strict confidence, under a non-disclosure agreement.

Our company's quality management system is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard by an accredited certification body.
